We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, individual to become our in-house Content creator and marketing manager
Role is 2-3 days per week and will be an onsite role in Elsternwick

The role entails
We are looking for a vibrant enthusiastic and passionate individual who wants to join the Ezra group – consisting of a tile business, interior design studio and Homeware line – AHW Georgia Ezra
This Job requires someone who enjoys
- Managing and strategising campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Social Media (Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and google)
- Creating content, beautiful imagery photos, videos and reels… for website and video
- Loves to tell stories through footage and copywriting…
- Isn’t scared to put on a lounge-ware garment or piece for a reel or Insta story.
- Enjoys styling and photography.
- This is a part time roll 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Complete full social media and marketing management across all social media accounts
- Copy and content writing skills for Instagram posts, EDM’s, campaigns and more.
- Management of Instagram and starting/setting up new Tiktok account and familiarity with Facebook advertising as well as SEO to work with our SEO team
- Graphic design for EDM Newsletters and anything required.
- A strong familiarity with online ecommerce and retail with the ability to strategise and suggest campaign calendar content year round
- Strong understanding on how to put together basic movies using IMovie , canva etc for Instagram and blog articles as well as put together custom GIFS
- Initiative and excitement in taking IPhone photos and photos with our company camera as well as photo editing as required
- Savvy and hardworking with great initiative, so that if you have not done something before you will investigate what and how to do it
- Have experience with Klaviyo, Instagram and Shopify and if not then very intrigued and excited to learn
- Storyteller and a love for copywriting.
- Confident to create flat lays and put together mood boards for photoshoots, as well as being creative with our online branding and look
- Confident in creating beautiful styling imagery for website and social media.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, efficiently manage time and prioritize varied workload
- Overall someone who has incredible initiative, is passionate, gets the job done and is enthusiastic about design and sales
